We had an incredible experience using BoxNmove! The team was very professional, punctual and communicative. They went the extra mile to ensure we stayed to plan. I have moved many times and have never had movers who exercised so much care for my belongings. Not a single thing broke! Would recommend to anyone looking for an stress-free move! 10/10!!

I had a relatively small move, with only a few bags and items to transport from one location to another. Loading everything onto the truck took only about 15 minutes, and unloading it all into my apartment also took about 15 minutes. All bags and sofa together took only 2 trips of elevator’s ride. I only had one piece of furniture, a leather sofa 2-seater along with one wall painting and one bar stool as well as about four bags of belongings. However, I was disappointed to see that the two movers did not properly wrap or protect the leather sofa before loading it onto the truck. They simply moved it onto the truck without any protective covering. Given that there were so few items and that the move was very quick, I expected the movers to take a little more care, especially with a leather piece of furniture. Proper wrapping and protection should be a basic part of a professional moving service. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of care and attention given to my belongings.

Excellent service, impressed by speed and care

Everything went smoothly on moving day and the team handled our items with care. The only issue we discovered was that one of our table legs had been sheared off, which we didn’t notice until a few days later when we went to move it. It had been intact before the move. We’ll be able to repair it, but wanted to note it here. Otherwise, the service was efficient and the movers were polite.

Raz and Amir were amazing! They took very good care of our belongings and helped dismantle and put together our big dining table among other things. There was constant communication while we traveled from Ottawa to Toronto throughout traffic delays. They also helped coordinate with concierge at Toronto about the loading bay and service elevator while we were still stuck in traffic. Very professional and quick; can’t recommend them more!!!

They are excellent! Saad is a true champion. Quite smart and super friendly!! Would recommend to friends and family!

Les deux déménageurs présents ont pris soin de nous appeler avant d’arriver et de confirmer leur place de stationnement. Ils ont bien emballé tous les meubles comme si c’était les leurs et ont été bien organisés et sympathiques durant la matinée. J’ai eu confiance dès qu’ils sont arrivés, ce qui enlève le petit stress du déménagement!

Les hommes étaient très patients et agréables malgré la journée de travail de plus de 12 heures.

Mes déménageurs ont été parfaits. Rapides, attentionnés, polis et professionnels. Je les recommande sans hésitation!

This has been one of the worst experiences ever and it cost me almost 3 times the amount of the estimate. I could have moved everything alone in less time. I was in touch with MovingWaldo, as well as the manager of the moving company, throughout the process to express this fact, had been told that I would be contacted by the manager again today, only to find that most of my first months rent had been charged to my Visa debit. Now I will likely have the lease revoked.

The movers were very kind, fast and handled a variety of big items with care and efficiency. I was very satisfied.

The moving blankets were full of debris that they left all over my floors, I paid extra for an antique piece to be handled special and one of them carelessly grabbed it by the top and pulled it a part then looked at me and said a little glue will fix this (it’s 250 yrs old no no glue) and they gouged the floor at my new house but simply pulled a floor mat over hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I talked to the office all I was told was they would pass my complaints on to dispatch. Also, they try to upsell you on packing materials too!

Excellent service de Miguel, Moises et Romiro de Déménagement Le Capitaine. J’ai reçu un texto 30 minutes avant leur arrivée. Ils sont arrivés de bonne humeur (à ne pas sous-estimer un jour de déménagement) et ont transporté nos effets avec attention en s’assurant de déposer chacun au bon endroit. Ils ont travaillé très fort et à bon rythme. Le français n’étant pas leur langue maternelle, nous avions quelques fois des petites difficultés à se comprendre, mais rien de grave dans l’ensemble. Je les recommande vivement et suis très satisfaite!
