Reviews from moves booked through MovingWaldo – Page 4

The movers were very kind, fast and handled a variety of big items with care and efficiency. I was very satisfied.

The moving blankets were full of debris that they left all over my floors, I paid extra for an antique piece to be handled special and one of them carelessly grabbed it by the top and pulled it a part then looked at me and said a little glue will fix this (it’s 250 yrs old no no glue) and they gouged the floor at my new house but simply pulled a floor mat over hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I talked to the office all I was told was they would pass my complaints on to dispatch. Also, they try to upsell you on packing materials too!

The true test of a person’s personality is adversity. Our experience started off frustrating due to my building giving the loading zone to another truck even though I had reserved a month in advance. My moving team approached this situation with the best attitude possible. Together we found a solution and they went to work with a professionalism and positivity that almost baffled me. Jiovanni and Nacer from IMEX Services inc. moved my items as if they were moving million dollar art pieces from the Louvre in Paris. Things were taped, wrapped, cushioned and handled with the care that brought a level of piece of mind I was not expecting that day. I had a bad moving company experience about few years ago so I wasn’t expecting much. Basically not having my stuff held hostage or being overcharged would have been a win. These guys almost made me wish I had to move again, or at least know someone who would be soon so I could tell them about IMEX. Yes, my move was that good. Thank you to movingwaldo.com for the ease of the whole experience, the team you chose for my move and for the multiple proactive follow-ups prior to what should have been a stressful day. You all made the actual move the easiest part of the whole process. Well done team! Best Regard, -Chris P.

Amazing guys. We’re already stressed about everything with moving these men came in strong and fast and got the job done. I couldn’t be any happier with them. Their communication was wonderful. They even came up with solutions to make things easier or quicker for me.
