Ernesto & Victor have been extremely helpful and professional. Very good, I would recommend them. The overall intervention was though shadowed by poor communication between the company itself and the persons actually performing the work (on the scope) that led to postponing the work and important impacts on my side (inclding cost wise). Claim on-going.

It was a pleasure using their moving service. They made a tough task seem lighter. I would highly recommend their services.

The 4 men, led by Rocky, were amazing throughout. They were prompt and got to work right away. They kept a positive outlook all day and I enjoyed working with them. They took care with my possessions, wrapping what was necessary for protection and I am in awe that everything was packed so professionally that everything fit in the truck. (I think Rocky has a magical shoe horn up his sleeve). I have already recommended them to my friend who is also moving next month. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Rocky and his crew. They truly made what is a very stressful day a much easier experience.

I would have given them a 5 stars on each point but the difference between the quote and the final bill was huge with no satisfactory reasons and they charged me without authorization. The truck was in time, the movers were efficient, nice and polite. They really deserved more than 3 stars but the administration side left us with the sensation that they give us a lower quote only in the way to get our clientele. We felt realty frustrated and had to fight with them to have a partial reimbursement of the overpriced final bill.

BoxNmove did a great job with my move. They wrapped all my furniture before moving it and took great care not to bump into walls or ding any furniture. They ended up taking less time than the estimate as well. Highly recommended!

The service I received was extremely frustrating. This happened on May 21, 2026. The move was from [Address removed] to [Address removed]. The move had started at 9:30 AM, one person was moving loose objects out of the apartment into their truck, while the other took about 2 hours assembling a simple bed frame and a sofa which didn't need to be disassembled if they just carried it. Now moving into the new home around 12:00, they set up runners inside just to step all over the brand new carpet with their outdoor shoes. I have pictures of these as proof. Instead of just one person assembling, now both of them are struggling to assemble the sofa which means no one was moving my personal stuff from the truck to inside the home. They stained the walls, made a mess, and walked all over the carpet with their shoes, and again, I have pictures of these as proof. Also extremely unhygienic which was very unpleasant and lasted for hours. After about two more hours later, they tried playing off the fact that they did not assemble to sofa properly, it was wobbly and I told them that it needs to get fixed. They also did not assemble the bed frame properly and lost about 3 important screws leading to it being unstable. Worst of all, due to both of them working on assembling the sofa forever I had to start taking my belongings out of their truck myself as the waiting time was absolutely getting ridiculous. I have proof of this! Quoted me ~$500+ and ended up paying $941. Absolutely ridiculous considering the fact that it was their incompetence in the first place that resulted in a much higher total hour than it should've been. Worst moving service I have ever encountered and I don't understand why they're even on your list of services to recommend to people.

Je les recommande sans hesitation I've dealt with several moving companies, but All Access Moving exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and honest. I recommend them without hesitation.
