The true test of a person’s personality is adversity. Our experience started off frustrating due to my building giving the loading zone to another truck even though I had reserved a month in advance. My moving team approached this situation with the best attitude possible. Together we found a solution and they went to work with a professionalism and positivity that almost baffled me. Jiovanni and Nacer from IMEX Services inc. moved my items as if they were moving million dollar art pieces from the Louvre in Paris. Things were taped, wrapped, cushioned and handled with the care that brought a level of piece of mind I was not expecting that day. I had a bad moving company experience about few years ago so I wasn’t expecting much. Basically not having my stuff held hostage or being overcharged would have been a win. These guys almost made me wish I had to move again, or at least know someone who would be soon so I could tell them about IMEX. Yes, my move was that good. Thank you to movingwaldo.com for the ease of the whole experience, the team you chose for my move and for the multiple proactive follow-ups prior to what should have been a stressful day. Les déménageurs ont été extraordinaires!

Vous n'avez pas le droit de spécifier que votre boite de camion a 22 pieds de long alors qu'elle a 18 pieds, j'ai conduis tout les véhicules routiers et sais faire la différence. Votre chauffeur m'a dit que c'est d'un pare-choque à l'autre alors que c'est faux. Vous ne pouvez pas vous imaginer la belle publicité que je vais vous faire surtout que c'était bien visible que vos employés faisait tout pour faire du temps supplémentaire. Je leur ai donné un bon pourboire et le regrette sincèrement. Votre camion étant trop petit j'ai dû faire plusieurs voyages avec ma voiture.

Nous avons plusieurs déménagement dans notre vie et nous avons été très impressionné par l’aptitude de l’équipe, d’une politesse remarquable et que dire leurs performances d’équipe. Je te à féliciter Rachid comme chef d’équipe et ses compagnons Luis et Miguel. Il n’y a pas eu une minute de temps perdu un vrai ballet dans leurs méthodes de travail. Il faut considérer qu’ils devaient prendre en charge notre déménagement de Laval et se rendre à Jonquière dans la même journée et par la retourner à leur base de Montréal. Même le propriétaire de l’immeuble m’a manifesté son appréciation sur la politesse et l’efficacité de l’équipe. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation. Robert Castonguay Un client satisfait.

The movers (who included Vadym, a co-owner of the company) were right on time, efficient, and friendly. They asked where to put all the furniture and other items in our new place. They were very skillful at un-assembling and re-assembling furniture that needed that to be done for the move. We would certainly hire them again.

Ernesto & Victor have been extremely helpful and professional. Very good, I would recommend them. The overall intervention was though shadowed by poor communication between the company itself and the persons actually performing the work (on the scope) that led to postponing the work and important impacts on my side (inclding cost wise). Claim on-going.
