Dès leur arrivée, ils ont travaillé avec beaucoup d'organisation et de bonne humeur, ce qui a rendu le déménagement beaucoup moins stressant. Ils ont pris le temps de manipuler chaque meuble avec précaution, ont été très respectueux de mes biens et se sont assurés que tout soit transporté en toute sécurité. En plus d'être très compétents, ils étaient sympathiques, courtois et toujours prêts à aider. Je recommande vivement Giovanni et Omar à toute personne qui cherche une équipe de déménagement fiable et professionnelle. Grâce à eux, tout s'est déroulé parfaitement. The true test of a person’s personality is adversity. Our experience started off frustrating due to my building giving the loading zone to another truck even though I had reserved a month in advance. My moving team approached this situation with the best attitude possible. Together we found a solution and they went to work with a professionalism and positivity that almost baffled me. Jiovanni and Nacer from IMEX Services inc. moved my items as if they were moving million dollar art pieces from the Louvre in Paris. Things were taped, wrapped, cushioned and handled with the care that brought a level of piece of mind I was not expecting that day. I had a bad moving company experience about few years ago so I wasn’t expecting much. Basically not having my stuff held hostage or being overcharged would have been a win. These guys almost made me wish I had to move again, or at least know someone who would be soon so I could tell them about IMEX. Yes, my move was that good. Thank you to movingwaldo.com for the ease of the whole experience, the team you chose for my move and for the multiple proactive follow-ups prior to what should have been a stressful day. Amazing guys. We’re already stressed about everything with moving these men came in strong and fast and got the job done. I couldn’t be any happier with them. Their communication was wonderful. They even came up with solutions to make things easier or quicker for me.
