This has been one of the worst experiences ever and it cost me almost 3 times the amount of the estimate. I could have moved everything alone in less time. I was in touch with MovingWaldo, as well as the manager of the moving company, throughout the process to express this fact, had been told that I would be contacted by the manager again today, only to find that most of my first months rent had been charged to my Visa debit. Now I will likely have the lease revoked.

The movers were very kind, fast and handled a variety of big items with care and efficiency. I was very satisfied.
The moving blankets were full of debris that they left all over my floors, I paid extra for an antique piece to be handled special and one of them carelessly grabbed it by the top and pulled it a part then looked at me and said a little glue will fix this (it’s 250 yrs old no no glue) and they gouged the floor at my new house but simply pulled a floor mat over hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I talked to the office all I was told was they would pass my complaints on to dispatch. Also, they try to upsell you on packing materials too!

Excellent service de Miguel, Moises et Romiro de Déménagement Le Capitaine. J’ai reçu un texto 30 minutes avant leur arrivée. Ils sont arrivés de bonne humeur (à ne pas sous-estimer un jour de déménagement) et ont transporté nos effets avec attention en s’assurant de déposer chacun au bon endroit. Ils ont travaillé très fort et à bon rythme. Le français n’étant pas leur langue maternelle, nous avions quelques fois des petites difficultés à se comprendre, mais rien de grave dans l’ensemble. Je les recommande vivement et suis très satisfaite!
