Do I need to create an account on MovingWaldo Pro?
No, you do not need to create a MovingWaldo Pro account. By accepting the terms and conditions in your Centris Zone, we will automatically create a co-branded dashboard with your name, agency, photo and links to your professional social networks. This personalized page will be available to your clients who have received an invitation from you.
How do I update my picture or other information appearing on my co-branded Dashboard?
When updating your picture, logo or other information on your Centris Zone, it will be automatically updated on your MovingWaldo dashboard. We take care of everything for you!
I already have a MovingWaldo Pro account, is it still possible to invite my clients from my Centris Zone?
Of course! It is the easiest way for you to offer our services to your clients. Here is how to do it.
Moreover, it is still possible to invite your customers by sharing your link yourself via text, social media or by integrating it to your website if you wish. Both work in parallel.
What exposure will I have on the platform?
By clicking on the MovingWaldo link inserted in the invitation email, your clients will be redirected to a co-branded dashboard with your name, agency, photo and links to your professional social networks that are accessible in your Centris profile. This is a free and additional way to impress your clients before they move in.
The MovingWaldo logo will always appear on the platform as it is important that your clients understand that they can direct their moving questions to our experts, rather than to you. While we take care of your customers, you focus on your next transaction.
Can I refer my own partners on my branded platform?
Currently, MovingWaldo Pro does not allow you to recommend your own partners directly on the platform.
If you already work with other professionals, such as lawyers or mortgage brokers, you can ask us NOT to recommend our own partners to your clients. We make sure that you get the most out of every transaction.
