How do you pack a mirror to make sure it won’t scratch during the move?

  1. A mirror is very delicate and is likely to easily break or scratch during your move. To prevent breaking it or scratching it, here’s how you should pack it:

    • Wrap small to medium-sized mirrors in bubble wrap to protect the surface from being in contact with other items in a box.
    • Cover other items in a box near a mirror with bubble wrap as well to protect the mirror next to them.
    • Wrap large mirrors in bubble wrap and then wrap it all in a soft blanket for extra protection from impact with other items.
    • Have a specially made box or carrier crate made for large and expensive mirrors.
