Très bon déménageur, proffesionnel, ils font très attention avec vos items de maison, conseilleras si vous chercher des déménageur compétents, je donne 5 étoiles.

The move itself was good and quick. The packing was poorly done. There was little regard for my things. They just tossed stuff in the boxes (I could have done that). Some of my books and magazines got damaged (minor). Contents leaked and ruined other things in the same box - I've only started unpacking... There could more to say. The movers were clean, professional and friendly and very efficient moving the boxes in and out of the units.

They are great. Just really slow. Pick up one box at a time instead of using the dolly. My 3 bedroom condo move to a 4 bedroom townhouse took 12 hrs to complete. I moved most of the kitchen and all of the master bdrm closets myself.

Ils ont été rapides, professionnels et vraiment sympathiques. Il y avait beaucoup de marches à monter mais ils ont super bien géré et mes objets ont été traiter avec respect. Je recommende!

The team from Classic Movers Ottawa were amazing. They arrived promptly, triaged what needed to be moved and we discussed the plan for my local move. They blanketed and taped all furniture, and everything was treated with the utmost care. Our day ended up being longer than planned and they stayed upbeat and professional. I was amazed at how efficiently everything was organized in the truck and expertly secured. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for moving services.

The moving team from Ottawa Classic Movers did a fantastic job packing, transporting, and unloading all of my junk! Everything was delivered safely and was in tact. J'aimerais apporter mon avis pour ameliorer le service de cette compagnie. Ponctualité correcte. Les déménageurs ont perdu beaucoup de temps pour faire entrer le frigo au condo a cause de la grandeur et qu'avec les portieres ca ne ne rentre pas. Alors qu'en quittant l'ancienne place, j'ai déjà dit qu'il serait mieux d'enlever les portieres pour que ca rentre. Ils répondaient qu'ils ne l'enlevent pas sans avoir mesuré. Rendu au condo, ca ne rentrait pas, et il a fallu enlever le bac de congélateur, enlever la porte du condo et perdre facilement 1h30 que j'ai du payer. Ils commençaient a s'enerver et nous crier en disant qu'ils ont un autre déménagement a faire. S'ils ont suivi ce que nous leur avons dit, ca n'a pas été ainsi. En plus, ca a fait des dégâts au mur (égratignures et trou) la manipulation du frigo - que nous devons réparer. Cote professionnalisme, ils parlent toujours d'une langue que nous ne comprenons pas. Je trouve ca non professionnel. S'il veulent parler avec une autre langue, qu'ils le fassent pas devant le client. Nous avons donné quand meme des tips mais je ne peux pas dire que j'etais satisfaite. Merci.
