I had an outstanding experience with BoxNMove From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. The movers arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made the entire process stress-free. Their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the move without compromising quality. Despite us underestimating the number of boxes and items, they seamlessly handled a second trip with no fuss. The men who actually executed my physical move were EXCELLENT! Very professional, clear in their communication with me, and quite careful. Unfortunately they were not prepared as someone within the process did not adequately communicate ALL the items on my WRITTEN inventory and therefore they were not prepared to handle the heaviest item I had listed. As a result, they could have injured themselves and/or seriously damaged the item. But they did their best since it could not be left behind. There was some very limited damage which was dealt with. It was NOT the fault of the men doing the move. That is the only reason I gave them a low rating on communication, since I do not know where along the process that the communication failed, but it clearly did.

I was dreading my move, but Daniel and Romeo made it as seamless as possible. They were professional, kind, and were HUSTLING. They finished 2 hrs faster than my quoted time, which was an unbelievable relief for both my wallet and sleep deprived body. Would work with them again, without hesitation!
