I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. Do not book them. We paid for three movers, but only two showed up, which made the entire move extremely inefficient—one person was constantly waiting for the other. They arrived without proper tools or equipment and took two hours just to disassemble our bed. They also failed to bring shoe covers and refused to remove their boots on a very wet, salty day, tracking dirt throughout our home. They did not show respect to any of our belongings and broke our outdoor patio furniture and placed our white rug on the wet, slushy ground causing one side to be completely stained. Mid-move, their truck broke down and the battery died, forcing them to call a tow truck. What was quoted as a 7-hour move turned into 14 hours, and that still did not include reassembling any furniture. On top of that, my husband worked alongside them for the full 14 hours and ended up doing at least half of the work moving boxes inside the house. We would have saved thousands of dollars and countless hours by renting a U-Haul and doing this ourselves. This was by far the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. Absolutely do not book this company.

I had a positive experience with the team from Imex. They were extremely curteous and professional. The move took longer than I expected but the workers didn't take any breaks and took good care with my belongings.

Anis et Abrahim étaient très efficace. Ils ont emballé mes meubles et chargé le camion au départ comme des pros. À destination, ils étaient rapides et ont même assemblé ma base de lit et ma table de cuisine. Je auis très satisfaite. Merci encore les gars.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The movers damaged my dresser - the back panel came loose and the corners got badly chipped. When I pointed out, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted it was already like that (it definitely wasn’t). They also scratched my wood floors because they started pushing chairs and furniture around before they added the protection. I expected more care and professionalism, but the lack of accountability and attention to detail made this a frustrating experience.

Très bon déménageur, proffesionnel, ils font très attention avec vos items de maison, conseilleras si vous chercher des déménageur compétents, je donne 5 étoiles.

The move itself was good and quick. The packing was poorly done. There was little regard for my things. They just tossed stuff in the boxes (I could have done that). Some of my books and magazines got damaged (minor). Contents leaked and ruined other things in the same box - I've only started unpacking... There could more to say. The movers were clean, professional and friendly and very efficient moving the boxes in and out of the units.

They are great. Just really slow. Pick up one box at a time instead of using the dolly. My 3 bedroom condo move to a 4 bedroom townhouse took 12 hrs to complete. I moved most of the kitchen and all of the master bdrm closets myself.

Ils ont été rapides, professionnels et vraiment sympathiques. Il y avait beaucoup de marches à monter mais ils ont super bien géré et mes objets ont été traiter avec respect. Je recommende!
