Nous avons été ravis de l’expérience avec cette entreprise. Ils ont communiqué avec nos au préalable pour confirmer et répondre à toutes nos questions. Le jour du déménagement, les quatre hommes étaient efficaces, polis et prenaient toutes les précautions possibles avec nos meubles et boîtes. L’ensemble de l’opération a été menée avec soin. ils ont même fait des efforts pour réduire les coûts par rapport à l’estimation. Je recommande chaudement le Docteur du Déménagement!

Our move was completed by a skilled and effective team. We had a lot of boxes, different sized indoor and outdoor furniture, and bicycles to move. The team took the time to carefully arrange everything so that the entire load fit safely and fully into one truck. They treated us and all items with care. Highly recommend!

The men who actually executed my physical move were EXCELLENT! Very professional, clear in their communication with me, and quite careful. Unfortunately they were not prepared as someone within the process did not adequately communicate ALL the items on my WRITTEN inventory and therefore they were not prepared to handle the heaviest item I had listed. As a result, they could have injured themselves and/or seriously damaged the item. But they did their best since it could not be left behind. There was some very limited damage which was dealt with. It was NOT the fault of the men doing the move. That is the only reason I gave them a low rating on communication, since I do not know where along the process that the communication failed, but it clearly did.
