A major renovation at our home required the removal of all contents from the living areas for a month. After research, we opted for ViKtoria Movers lead by Ken Roberts to move us out, store our belongings, and move us back in. Ken's team was efficient, courteous and careful. The move in was particularly noteworthy as there was zero damage to our refurbished house. We were most impressed!. ViKtoria Movers did an excellent job at an affordable price. Check them out!

We recently relocated from Ottawa, Ontario, to Squamish, British Columbia, and had the pleasure of working with Ken Roberts from Viktoria Professional Movers from the Ottawa branch. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I made. Ken personally visited our home to assess our furniture and belongings, providing an estimate that ended up being very close to the final cost (in fact, it was slightly cheaper). The team was highly professional and took exceptional care of our furniture—everything arrived without a single scratch. Additionally, Ken went above and beyond by arranging for a truck to come the day after the move to pick up items we wanted to donate. We discovered that a futon in the basement, which was supposed to be donated, had developed mold behind it—something we hadn’t noticed. Since we were closing on our home and had to hand over the keys the next day to our lawyer, I didn’t know how I would dispose of it, as my car wasn’t big enough. Ken stepped in and kindly took care of the disposal for us. I couldn’t thank him enough for his help. If I ever need moving services again, I won’t hesitate to contact Ken and Viktoria Professional Movers from the Ottawa branch. Their service was outstanding.
