From my first contact with the booking agent through to the last item being moved, the total Movers company surpassed every expectation. Nolan carefully explained everything I needed to know when scheduling the move, and on move Day Ian let a team of three young men who did a beautiful job of moving, and were incredibly professional, polite, and hard-working. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and affordable pricing.
Top tier service from start to finish. We had Mauricio, Jayden, and Devon as our crew. They were so accommodating and willing to go above and beyond for us. Colby accommodated are super last minute request. Highly recommend Total Moving.
Highly recommend Total Moving! They were incredibly helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Colby answered all of our questions leading up to the move and made everything stress-free. The movers — Ian, Jayden, and Nik — were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They took great care of our belongings and made moving day go smoothly from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using their services again!
The communication from the office staff at Total Moving Company was great. They were responsive and provided a quote within 1–2 business days, which made the booking process smooth and easy. However, the experience with the actual movers didn’t meet the same standard. The team seemed disorganized and unprepared, and gave the impression that they weren’t motivated to do the job. They also arrived later than the scheduled time provided in the confirmation email, which added unnecessary stress to the moving day. Overall, while the administrative side of the company is strong, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to the professionalism and punctuality of the moving crew.

NOLAN was very helpful in arranging the details for my move including a quote, expected arrival time and the amount of time required for the move. On move day, IAN, MITCHELL and JORDAN were very great. They arrived at the scheduled time, contacted me enroute to let me know when they would arrive. They were very efficient in wrapping my items that needed to be wrapped and moved my items out to the truck effectively. They provided exceptional customer service.
