I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOTAL MOVING!! The three guys were so polite, very helpful, and very efficient, They took really good care of our stuff especially our furnitures. The communication from the office staff at Total Moving Company was great. They were responsive and provided a quote within 1–2 business days, which made the booking process smooth and easy. However, the experience with the actual movers didn’t meet the same standard. The team seemed disorganized and unprepared, and gave the impression that they weren’t motivated to do the job. They also arrived later than the scheduled time provided in the confirmation email, which added unnecessary stress to the moving day. Overall, while the administrative side of the company is strong, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to the professionalism and punctuality of the moving crew.
