This is the second time that we have used this company, and there are nothing but great things to say about them. Tony and Jeff were wonderful to deal with to get it all organized, and Parker, Adam, Jeremy, Benny, and especially crewleader Trey were all very capable, careful and attentive to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you very much guys!

I used RigMac yesterday. The fastest and easiest move I’ve experienced. A crew of 3 showed up and had my 2 couches and old bed out of the apartment and down 2 flights of stairs in no time! No damage to walls or furniture. A true crew of people that know what they are doing

I moved in March. Great experience! From the getgo, communication was quick and clear, the fee was reasonable, and the 3 young lads that did the move were friendly, respectful, and efficient. I would recommend Rigmac to friends and would use their services again.

Moving usually ranks somewhere between “stressful” and “I question every life choice that led me here”… but RigMac somehow made it a genuinely great experience and honestly, pretty easy. Getting a quote was quick and straightforward, and they actually respond to emails (fast!), which already puts them ahead of a lot of companies. Booking was just as smooth and painless. No hoops to jump through, no “we’ll get back to you.” They just… handled it. Pricing was fair and, more importantly, honest. They showed up right on time; not “we’ll be there sometime between sunrise and next Tuesday” like some companies. And when they got here, they got to work right away. Super efficient, careful with everything, and clearly knew what they were doing. But the real highlight? The MVPs: the crew: Ben, Trey, and Jackie. Absolute legends. Friendly, hardworking, and somehow in a good mood while hauling my entire life around. They kept the good vibes going with laughs and great conversation, but you could also tell they take real pride in doing the job right. It didn’t feel like they were just going through the motions, they actually cared, and it shows. Honestly, I’d recommend RigMac without hesitation. After this, using another moving company would feel like a downgrade. Five star isn’t enough!
