Easy booking. Great move day experience. Movers knew what they were doing. Would use them again.

I am a senior with disability. I had to split my move into two parts, one into the Apex van and some into U ahul truck to go to my daughters. These guys were great and put any heavy items I needed into the U Haul, any instructions I gave them they respected and followed through, they were polite, considerated and efficient. On top of this, Friday was the day we had snow and colder weather to deal with. Their names were Brandon, Rahule and Roman. Very polite nice young men. Impressed.

Just wished we had better contact with them before they showed up. Didn’t get a call until after 9am.

The men who actually executed my physical move were EXCELLENT! Very professional, clear in their communication with me, and quite careful. Unfortunately they were not prepared as someone within the process did not adequately communicate ALL the items on my WRITTEN inventory and therefore they were not prepared to handle the heaviest item I had listed. As a result, they could have injured themselves and/or seriously damaged the item. But they did their best since it could not be left behind. There was some very limited damage which was dealt with. It was NOT the fault of the men doing the move. That is the only reason I gave them a low rating on communication, since I do not know where along the process that the communication failed, but it clearly did.

Apex Moving was very good to deal with. The three people that they sent to our home to pack two large storage containers arrived on time and ready to get the job done. All three of them had good work ethic, as well being friendly and courteous. We’ll definitely be using Apex Moving again.
