The men who actually executed my physical move were EXCELLENT! Very professional, clear in their communication with me, and quite careful. Unfortunately they were not prepared as someone within the process did not adequately communicate ALL the items on my WRITTEN inventory and therefore they were not prepared to handle the heaviest item I had listed. As a result, they could have injured themselves and/or seriously damaged the item. But they did their best since it could not be left behind. There was some very limited damage which was dealt with. It was NOT the fault of the men doing the move. That is the only reason I gave them a low rating on communication, since I do not know where along the process that the communication failed, but it clearly did.
