This has been one of the worst experiences ever and it cost me almost 3 times the amount of the estimate. I could have moved everything alone in less time. I was in touch with MovingWaldo, as well as the manager of the moving company, throughout the process to express this fact, had been told that I would be contacted by the manager again today, only to find that most of my first months rent had been charged to my Visa debit. Now I will likely have the lease revoked.

Debo and his team were fantastic to work with. Lilly was quick to respond in the initial stages, and made the quote process a breeze. On moving day, Denzel, Kennedy, and John were equally great. As with all of my items, many of which required special care, they took extra care with my oversized high‑end computer monitor, which I was worried about since it couldn’t be boxed properly. They stepped in right away and made sure it was safely moved. I made a mistake at the end of the move and Debo handled it with complete professionalism and kindness. I’d absolutely recommend this team.

Debo, Denzel, and Kennedy handled our move-out and on-site storage, and they were fantastic. All three were polite, careful, and clearly took pride in making sure our belongings were well taken care of throughout the process. Nothing felt rushed, they treated our stuff like it mattered. The office staff were also communicative and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole experience low-stress. We'll be updating this review once our items are moved in, but based on the move-out and storage experience alone, we'd highly recommend this team. Honestly, it was the first move I've had that wasn't stressful.

Incredible moving team: respectful, punctual, very friendly and they took great care with all of our things. We had a lot of antiques and china and nothing was broken. I highly recommend them, they made our move very easy and pleasant.

This is our second time using Mile Above and we couldn't be happier with the service, the movers arrived promptly and were very friendly, I loved that the front office would reached out to let me know the truck was on the way and also checked in during the move to make sure everything was going smoothly.
