The movers were very professional, and moved quickly. they have a tougher day with my move, as I was moving into a 3 story walk up. of course I was on the top floor. they did not complain, I never got the impression that this was a "bad" day for them. they were friendly and took great care of my things. communication was great. the bonus cactus was cute.
Amazing service from start to finish! It was a huge relief to be taken care of by such a well organized and professional company. Communication is easy and efficient. They check in with you a few days before the move to make sure everything is ready, they go over the list of items to be moved, they send updates…The team of movers is well coordinated. We moved on a rainy day, and I was quite worried that the furniture could get damaged. However, Aleksei and Andri were very well prepared. They carefully wrapped and protected all the items, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure everything stayed dry. Nothing was damaged at all, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
Cactus Moving helped us to transport pallets from Vancouver to Houston. It was excellent experience. They delivered everything in 6 days! I was shocked, cause we were told by several companies that it will take at least 3-4 weeks. Price was great! Customs were taken care of by them as well. Highly recommend!
