We had the most wonderful experience with Cactus Moving. The guys who showed up were super professional. They arrived early and they were so respectful of our space, and belongings. They were super efficient and honestly took care of EVERYTHING I didn't even have to go and get our building management to put the elevator in service, they managed it all on their own. In our new house, they laid down runners for the carpet so nothing would get dirty. Overall it was an amazing experience, everything arrived in perfect condition and we could not recommend them more. Our friends who were around at the time of the move already want to use Cactus Moving for themselves just from observing. They also left us with a teeny tiny cactus as a gift which was very sweet!

Yevhenii and Isaiah helped us with the move and they were fantastic. They were on time and got everything loaded and unloaded efficiently. They were very polite and we had no trouble in the overall moving process. Would recommend these guys for any move help requests! The final payment had some hiccups where I was not able to pay via interact (no machine was available as well) and finally had to pay via cash. Had to request receipts via email. It would be nice if team can make the payment and invoice process easy.

I’m happy to say that I had an absolutely amazing move with Cactus Moving! I’ve unfortunately had to move roughly 10 times in 10 years, and this was the quickest and smoothest move to-date! Every one of my other moves took way longer (3-6+ hours longer, with other moving companies!), so I was pleasantly surprised with how fast this went. The 3 movers (Yevhenii, Olexandr, Ushangi) were nice, careful with my boxes and knew what they were doing. The customer service team was amazing too—Hoddie & Maria explained everything in advance and were so good with addressing my concerns and telling me everything I needed to know. I’ll gladly recommend Cactus and their team to my friends and family if they ever need a mover! They also gave me a free cactus plant, which is pretty darn cute 🪴

Niko and Yivgen were amazing movers. Fast, careful, professional and attentive. Without them, my move would have been very difficult, but thanks to Cactus Moving, my move went fast and very smoothly!
