Can’t say enough good things about Tippet-Richardson and the incredible people who work there. We moved from Ottawa to Vancouver and needed to store our household belongings for several months while searching for a home. Throughout the process, Sakshi was our main point of contact. She was helpful and responsive. An absolute pleasure to work with. Mike and Rob just finished moving us into our new place, and they were outstanding! Friendly, hardworking, and incredibly accommodating, they worked with us every step of the way and helped get everything organized. These folks turned a move we had been dreading into a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

We used Tippet Richardson for our office relocation, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. What stood out right away was the preparation they put in ahead of time – they took time to understand all access points, measure elevator and furniture dimensions, and plan accordingly so that everything ran as efficiently as possible on the day. Jag and his team were incredibly attentive and made genuine effort to listen to all our instructions and specific requests. Nothing felt overlooked, and they handled everything with care and professionalism. Moving an office can be stressful, but they managed to make the entire process smooth and even enjoyable for everyone involved. Their positive attitude and organization really set them apart.

We used Tippett Richardson to move a family member from Vancouver to Edmonton. We had a short time span to get things done and dealt with Chloe, Sakshi and Brenda. The estimate was done in a timely manner, and communication was consistent throughout. Crew who did the packing were on time. Delivery was even slightly ahead of schedule which worked out well for us. Local crew was brought in to help driver with the offload and they were efficient with the offload and unpacking. The whole experience was stress free!! Thank you!

We’ve had the opportunity to work alongside the Vancouver team on commercial projects, and the experience has been excellent. Communication was clear, coordination was smooth, and timelines were handled professionally from start to finish. The team is organized, responsive, and takes pride in their work. We look forward to continuing to work together and would confidently recommend them for commercial relocations and logistics support.

Tippet Richardson (also called T-R Westcan) gave us the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. They changed our delivery date at the last minute, costing us hotel nights, flight changes, and disability service disruptions. They left our goods piled in the lobby, lost a valuable box, misplaced bolts necessary for our dining table (see photo of our makeshift box table after the move) and even dropped my husband’s Apple computer in front of onlookers. When we asked for accountability afterward, we were met with polite words but no responsibility. We filed detailed complaints with the BBB and Visa. The BBB agreed our complaint was valid ( but couldn’t find a resolution so they closed the case saying the complaint would stay on the record.) Visa said it was outside their jurisdiction and washed their hands of the mess. In the end, Tippet Richardson got off, delivering the worst service imaginable. The move was a nightmare of poor organization, negligence, and arrogance. We have photo and video evidence, but the company refused to take responsibility. I would avoid them at all costs.
