Je suis très satisfait des services de Qc Déménagement. À deux reprises en un mois j’ai eu besoin de leurs services et tout s’est déroulé très bien et dans la bonne humeur! Les 2 soumissions se sont avérées pratiquement exactes.

I had a relatively small move, with only a few bags and items to transport from one location to another. Loading everything onto the truck took only about 15 minutes, and unloading it all into my apartment also took about 15 minutes. All bags and sofa together took only 2 trips of elevator’s ride. I only had one piece of furniture, a leather sofa 2-seater along with one wall painting and one bar stool as well as about four bags of belongings. However, I was disappointed to see that the two movers did not properly wrap or protect the leather sofa before loading it onto the truck. They simply moved it onto the truck without any protective covering. Given that there were so few items and that the move was very quick, I expected the movers to take a little more care, especially with a leather piece of furniture. Proper wrapping and protection should be a basic part of a professional moving service. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of care and attention given to my belongings.

At your request, our team went to another building to pick it up from a shared storage area designated for construction materials, recycling bins, and donation items, where it was already completely covered in dust. ​Because the sofa came from that specific environment and was heavily soiled, our crew transported it carefully to prevent any external dust or grime from transferring onto your other belongings, our clean protective blankets, or the equipment we use for subsequent client moves. Meanwhile, your other items, such as your wall painting, were properly wrapped and protected with our blankets. ​We always maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and care for every single item and home we service.
