They are great. Just really slow. Pick up one box at a time instead of using the dolly. My 3 bedroom condo move to a 4 bedroom townhouse took 12 hrs to complete. I moved most of the kitchen and all of the master bdrm closets myself.

We’re sorry the pickup process took longer than expected and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Just to clarify a couple of points: • We had 3 dollies with us (2 two-wheel and 1 four-wheel), and we used them throughout for both boxes and furniture. • The move did not take 12 hours of labor. It took about 3 hours to unload the truck. The pickup took longer due to the walking distance from the room to the elevator and from the elevator to the truck, plus we often had to share the elevator with other passengers. Thanks again for trusting us with your move!
