Great team, professional and on time! Make it a smooth moving

The move itself was good and quick. The packing was poorly done. There was little regard for my things. They just tossed stuff in the boxes (I could have done that). Some of my books and magazines got damaged (minor). Contents leaked and ruined other things in the same box - I've only started unpacking... There could more to say. The movers were clean, professional and friendly and very efficient moving the boxes in and out of the units.

I had a very poor experience with M&M Moving and Rush Delivery and would not recommend them. One of the biggest issues was a hidden charge that was never clearly disclosed upfront. I was billed for the crew’s travel time from their office to my pickup location, which significantly increased the final cost. The truck provided was also not what was promised. I had written confirmation that a 26–29 ft truck would be sent, but instead a much smaller vehicle arrived. As a result, all of my belongings could not fit in one trip, forcing additional trips. Since the company charges by the hour, this mistake ended up costing me significantly more money. The movers appeared careless with my belongings and were not particularly professional. Omar, who handled my move, did not provide the level of service I expected. What made the situation worse was the response from management. Even after I provided written email confirmation regarding the truck size, the owner refused to acknowledge the mistake. Rather than working toward a reasonable solution, I found the communication rude, dismissive, and intimidating. He pressured to cancel the move despite the company’s failure to provide what had been promised. The entire experience was poorly coordinated, unprofessional, and frustrating from start to finish. Despite having key details documented in writing, accountability was completely lacking. I would strongly suggest not to hire them and considering other moving companies before booking with M&M Moving and Rush Delivery

M&M Moving Company did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, were courteous, friendly, and very communicative throughout the move. The team was extremely helpful, thorough, and careful with all my belongings and they worked hard without a single complaint. I really appreciated their professionalism, respectfulness, and great hygiene. The management and office staff were also excellent, easy to work with, followed all instructions, and provided a fair and accurate quote.
