The moving blankets were full of debris that they left all over my floors, I paid extra for an antique piece to be handled special and one of them carelessly grabbed it by the top and pulled it a part then looked at me and said a little glue will fix this (it’s 250 yrs old no no glue) and they gouged the floor at my new house but simply pulled a floor mat over hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I talked to the office all I was told was they would pass my complaints on to dispatch. Also, they try to upsell you on packing materials too!

Working with movingwaldo was great. We received quotes and moved forward with Last Stop Moving. They were professional and fast. They took good care of all my belongings. The price was more than fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving.

I was dreading my move, but Daniel and Romeo made it as seamless as possible. They were professional, kind, and were HUSTLING. They finished 2 hrs faster than my quoted time, which was an unbelievable relief for both my wallet and sleep deprived body. Would work with them again, without hesitation!

Such an amazing experience. Showed up on time and were very efficient. They took extreme care of our belongings and wrapped up any items we didn’t get a chance to box/wrap. Finished sooner than the time they had originally quoted us for. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a moving company!

Moving is one of the most stressful experiences, but Last Stop Moving made it so much easier. My movers, Dave and Chol, were absolutely fantastic. They worked incredibly hard all day, and despite the physically demanding work, they remained friendly, positive, and professional from start to finish. It's not easy to maintain such a pleasant attitude while doing such tough work, and I really appreciated how respectful and courteous they were throughout the move. I also want to recognize Donte in customer service. He went above and beyond to coordinate a pickup time that fit perfectly with my apartment move-out schedule, allowing the cleaners to arrive right after the movers finished. That coordination made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Donte even provided me with extra moving boxes, which was another thoughtful gesture that really helped. From beginning to end, the entire team was organized, accommodating, and genuinely cared about providing great service. I highly recommend Last Stop Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company in Edmonton. The moving team, Adam and Ryan, did a great job with my move. They were strong, well organized, efficient, and professional. Despite running into some unexpected restrictions—the truck couldn't park at either the front entrance or the back parking lot, which significantly increased the walking distance—they still completed the move in good time while taking good care of my belongings. They were also very polite and courteous throughout the entire move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving team.
