I love A#1 Movers! My movers Rudy and Nick did exceptionally well making sure my items were wrapped neatly and efficiently. These gentlemen were very professional and provided exceptional customer service and satisfactory. I will be using A1 for every move!

The entire plan was for this company to handle the heavy disassembling that I couldn’t do myself. I booked a 2-hour move for a master bed, a children’s bunk bed, and a washer and dryer. My destination was only 10 minutes away, and the quote was nearly $375. Instead of actual help, I got an absolute lack of effort and pure disrespect. ​To be fair, one of the movers was friendly, but you could see it all over his face that he was incredibly uncomfortable. He clearly knew his partner’s customer service was nowhere near standard or basic. The rude worker spent the entire time watching the clock and complaining about the "2-hour timeframe" instead of working I'm like "ok I get it". My teenage boys and I were working hard to clear the living room of boxes and carry them out to the street to speed things up. In the first hour, the movers managed to take down exactly one bed. Then, the moment the clock hit 5:45, they slammed and closed the back of the truck, refusing to load the rest. ​They left half of our boxes and belongings just sitting out on the curb like it was garbage. They completely abandoned our things, forcing my teenage boys to do double the work to move everything ourselves. It took these grown men 45 minutes to take down one single bed and throw a few bags into the truck. This service was a complete rip-off. Im pissed! But never again! Unfortunately there's no option to post how my items where left on the street for God knows how long because I had to take them to the new destination. Whatever core values they live by, they must exemplify them "sometimes" unfortunately, I didn't get that experience in my moment of crisis. 375🥴😂 that's a joke!!!!

When Home Depot botched a delivery of a tub (see the pic of their driver who literally put it at the bottom of my driveway) - I called Home Depot’s customer service who called A1 Movers to get this solved. Juan scheduled a great crew for the next morning, and John Tommy and Nick showed up and efficiently solved my problem! A blast to work with, quick and straightforward. So - Home Depot corporate trusts them and now I definitely do too!

I used A1 Movers back in late February and I am just now getting around to writing this review. They were excellent! I had three movers help me out of my one bedroom apartment and into a townhome. They were fast, efficient, and the pricing was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend you give these guys a call.

A 1 Movers sent me the best crew Jacob didn't stop from the time he started, he also took the time to wrap all my big furniture so that it wouldn't get scratched or damaged. Chris was in charge of all the appliances and he also took the time to wrap everything with so much care . I am thankful that A1 Movers sent this crew Chris and Jacob are the best movers I've had , I would definitely recommend for anyone that's looking for a good company and a Real Professional Moving Crew ask for Chris and Jacob you will not regret it at all!!!!!! You guys are the BEST!!!!! THANK YOU!!!
