I hired UpMove for a move from a 3-bedroom condo to a bigger condo. Oleg, Vladimir & Radion are fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the job they did! They were so friendly, professional & efficient! I hired them to move my business from an hour outside of Ottawa into the city. Oleg met me ahead of time and viewed both places & what I was moving. I had several heavy appliances to be moved, and I was worried about them fitting in my new location. Oleg was very reassuring that they would put every effort into getting them in & put me at ease immediately. They had to carry in the fridges & freezers & flip them around to stand them up under a low ceiling. They moved a couch up a flight of stairs & it was heavy and not an easy fit. They were so friendly while they worked and had great senses if humour! They took a lot of care with everything they moved & the space. They worked quickly & efficiently, disassembled items, removed door hinges, and they put everything where I wanted. It was the easiest and least stressful move I've ever gone through & I can't recommend them enough!

We were very impressed with Up Move staff who provided an estimate quickly and followed up with us prior to the move. Questions or concerns were responded to promptly and clearly. Oleg our mover called in advance of the move and arrived punctually. He was professional, courteous and good natured over the course of the move which ran longer than planned. I would highly recommend this company.

The guys were incredible! They were fast and courteous deapite having to carry all my stuff from a third-floor walkup. The move was super low-cost and effortless on my end. Im very happy with the result i highly recommend these guys for ANYONE planning a move.
