Tuesday may 19th, 1:50pm on highway 400 near Vaughan. Driver operating the truck in a very unsafe manner, swerving and cutting off cars in front, seemed to be drinking while driving as well.

QQM moving service super professional. In particular I want to highlight the work done by Ricardo and Gurjot moving us in and unpacking all items with care and professionalism. Also very nice guys to interact with. On top of this, we should have been charged for a couple of days of storage but they gave it to us for free in the mean time everything was delivered to the new address. In summary, I definitely recommend their services!

EDIT: Updating my rating from 1 star to 4. After a previous experience that left us wary, we were hesitant to consider QMM again for another move in Vancouver. However, when we reached out for a quote, Heather, our new Move Manager, stepped in and really went the extra mile to address our concerns. She understood our past experience and took the time to listen, offering us a competitive rate and reassuring us with her attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks to Heather's patience and kindness, she convinced us to give QMM another shot. Heather checked in with us regularly and kept everything running smoothly, making our move as seamless as possible. Because of her, our move went off without a hitch. While I’m holding back from 5 stars due to our initial experience, Heather deserves full credit for transforming this move into a positive experience. Thank you, Heather! -------------------- Used this company to move from Toronto to Vancouver as it was listed on my new employer’s website. For the customer service alone, I would never recommend this moving company to any of my friends, family or colleagues. My Move Manager constantly sent me wrong emails, wrong dates, wrong information, and even other customer’s billing information and invoices and would never respond in time or answer inquiries appropriately. I have 6 different examples of horrible service I outlined to them during my experience. I wish I went with a different company. I will be emailing my employer about re-thinking recommending QMM.

I would absolutely not recommend this company based on the customer service which is terrible. The moving guys themselves are great people but when they aren't provided with appropriate equipment or man power repeatedly it is absolutely unfair on them as well as me as a customer. Piano was brought to the house (this was the only item in my shipment so it wasn't exactly a hidden item), without the appropriate equipment and with only 2 men. They obviously couldn't get it up the stairs that i had sent a picture of to the company prior to the fact (no fault of the actual guys who were present who were not told it was a piano beforehand). I informed the company of what happened and what was needed next time. Long story short we are 6 months later and we finally got another date (with less than 24hr notice but I made an effort to make it work...) which was today. Again, they only sent 2 guys which is absolutely inappropriate as we already knew from last time 2 was insufficient. So the wall was damaged due to insufficient manpower and the piano is still not in place. It's an absolute joke of a company in terms of customer service and management.

From Tyler, who came to our home to quote and advise, to Anna who coordinated the move schedule and kept us posted at all stages to Sheldon, the Mover and his teams at both ends, we could not have been more impressed and grateful for the service and care.
