So glad I went with MTS for our move from Calgary to Vancouver! It was overall a successful move for us and we were happy with the end result. The pick up team was great and efficient, but the delivery team was absolutely amazing! Everyone in the team was very communicative, kind, fast and helpful, it went super smooth. I can also tell that we have no damage in the furnitures because they were packed really good! Only downside was the communication I had with the Dispatch Team. First, we were given the wrong delivery date, and we got worried, then when I mentioned the stairs in the new place he said there is an extra fee because on the file it was saying no stairs in our delivery address. But when I reached out to our amazing rep Jacob, he got all these details sorted out quickly and efficiently. And then Cagatay showed up a day earlier than we were told and said that he came early to double check if the truck can park here and that the truck was actually on its way to us, we got a great surprise and gladly accepted the delivery! Everything went great afterwards! They unloaded everything so fast and carried the heaviest stuff so quickly that we couldn’t believe their strength! I hope I wouldn’t need to move between provinces again, but if I do, I know who I’ll be calling!

Very friendly and efficient service. We are moving across Canada and were hesitant to even move our belongings, but found MTS. Jacob was great to deal with and very helpful with planning what to pack and how to stay within 2000 lbs prior to the move. We had Masoud and Jackson as our movers today who packed up our apartment. Both were very friendly, fast, and careful with our belongings. Excellent service so far!

I cannot recommend MTS Moving enough! From the booking coordinator to the dispatch team and to the movers themselves I had such an amazing experience. We moved from BC to Alberta and they made the process way less stressful. They were communicative the whole way through and our bill actually came in less than what we were quoted which was awesome! I must have called 20 different moving companies and MTS really stood out above the rest. Charles, Kirk and Emore facilitated our move from Vancouver and were outstanding. They arrived on time and packed all of our belongings with caution and care. And they were also all incredibly nice people! Our movers on the backend were also fantastic and super quick! Not one item missing or damaged. Highly recommend!

Raman and Harjot did an amazing job. Very helpful and friendly, efficient and quick. I'd recommend them anytime - 5 stars and more if possible! Masood and team did a great job in packing my belongings and was very impressive. He was very fast and efficient. Thank you MTS Movers for a fantastic job I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move.to another province. Also would like to thank Vin as well for looking after me very nicely. He worked on a Sunday ad well to make sure my packing was progressing.
