Macho Movers made the overwhelming task of moving furniture easier with less stress. The initial inquiry call and contract setup with Alex was a great start. Moving day with the crew was well organized, efficient and sprinkled with a few laughs. The crew Mike, Nick and Karo were respectful and friendly. I will call on them again for a big move. Communication was excellent, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He and his colleague even worked late into the evening to get our elliptical moved. The best part? After the move, they realized a bolt had been left behind at the pickup location. Brad went back, picked it up, and personally dropped it off to us. That's the kind of customer service you don't see very often anymore. I can’t say enough good things about Lakshay and Abhishek. They arrived at the end of a long day for my move, yet they worked tirelessly from start to finish without slowing down. Every item was carefully placed, secured, and strategically arranged to maximize the available space. The biggest challenge was my couch—it wouldn't fit in the elevator—but the crew didn't hesitate to carry it up the stairs without complaint. They worked quickly while still taking great care with all of my belongings, and everything arrived without a single scratch or any damage. I am very satisfied from Mach Movers. They did a great job the first time I moved with them from Waterloo to Toronto and now from Toronto to Montreal. They are reliable, hardworking people, very organized and skillful. They put blankets on furniture, so nothing gets broken. It's very pleasant to work with them and they give you the best prices. They can navigate stressful situations successfully. For example, York University rental buildings do not have elevator reservations on weekends and do not fix elevators on weekends even though the buildings have many floors and they charge more than local nicer apartments. Interestingly, one of the elevators broke on my moving day (Sunday) and York University said they do not call ethnicizations on weekends. We had to work with a slow busy elevator to try to get everything loaded on time for the long road delivery to another province. They made it on time, and I am very happy they got me out of the worst place in Canada -York University in Toronto. Macho Movers did a great job not only with the moving but also with staying calm and reassuring me all will be ok, and it was. I am grateful to them for the great job, affordable price, and for moving me from that Hellish place to a much better place in Canada. I strongly recommend them.
