I had booked a move with Kratos towards the end of June 2026. It was booked through Alex S., and I had no issues with getting everything done via phone/online. The day of the move, Enes and his two colleagues had arrived on time to help with the move. It was a 3 bedroom townhouse to a 3 bedroom house move, and they were very efficient and professional. I’m removing 2* because of 3 reasons: the movers didn’t have the tools to disassemble the furniture (which I was told I didn’t have to worry about) and luckily, we found the wrenches in our tool box from when we had assembled the furniture pieces previously. Otherwise, it would’ve been a major problem. Second reason, I got charged for a full 7 hrs when the move was completed 5 minutes into the last hour (6 hrs and 5 mins). Not something that I’m happy about, I’d be okay with paying extra 15-30 mins but not a full hour. Mind you, this was on top of a $50 cash tip handed to each mover. Third, I was told that my filing cabinet was a bulky appliance and had extra fees (which wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking). To summarize, the service is solid but they’ll sneak extra fees in. Be aware and make sure you have everything in writing before you finalize the contract and sign stuff!

I just finished a move with Kratos. The communication was super efficient and transparent right from the time of estimate to final execution everything was well commincated. On the day of the move, Team from Kratos arrived on time as scheduled and were super efficient in their activities right from packing things up in protective blankets to making sure that all items fit in properly in the truck. No damage to the old or new property and team was very thorough. All in all I would definitely retain services from Kratos for my future needs and will highly recommend Kratos to anyone requiring help with moving.

A big thank you to Yasim, Abbas, and Tony from Kratos Moving Company. These guys worked their butts off all day and did a fantastic job with our move. They were professional, hardworking, and handled everything with care. They also had to deal with an absolutely brutal dresser that was a real challenge to move, but they got it done without complaint and kept things moving efficiently the whole time. Moving is never easy, but their attitude and work ethic made the day go much smoother. We're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Kratos and this crew to anyone planning a move.

I was very surprised at how professional and quick they are. Yasin, Emir & Sakha Moved my two bedroom home into a three bedroom home in only 5 hours. They are very caring and nice. 10/10 experience. Would recommend them.

I recently hired them for moving. The movers, Aqha and Said, were very professional, knowledgeable, and carefully with all my belongings. They made sure to wrap or cover all the fragile iteams and asked where everything needs to go. They made the move effortless and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend.
