Amazing guys. We’re already stressed about everything with moving these men came in strong and fast and got the job done. I couldn’t be any happier with them. Their communication was wonderful. They even came up with solutions to make things easier or quicker for me.

The movers (who included Vadym, a co-owner of the company) were right on time, efficient, and friendly. They asked where to put all the furniture and other items in our new place. They were very skillful at un-assembling and re-assembling furniture that needed that to be done for the move. We would certainly hire them again.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The movers damaged my dresser - the back panel came loose and the corners got badly chipped. When I pointed out, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted it was already like that (it definitely wasn’t). They also scratched my wood floors because they started pushing chairs and furniture around before they added the protection. I expected more care and professionalism, but the lack of accountability and attention to detail made this a frustrating experience.

At the same time, we’d like to provide some clarification regarding the situation: All items were carefully wrapped before being moved out of the apartment, which made it virtually impossible to scratch the floor. The chairs were very light, so they also could not have caused any floor damage. The dresser was already loose prior to the move, and this was communicated to the client. We took every precaution to transport it safely — wrapping it in a blanket and securing it with tape from the sides and the bottom. While the back panel did come off during transport, we immediately repaired it on the spot. We did not receive any messages or complaints regarding the move on the day of the relocation.
