  3. Visit the DMV office along with the required documents.
  4. Determine if you want to replace or renew your license.
  5. Pay the fees required for the process. This may include a duplicate driving license fee, an address change fee and a vehicle registration copy fee.
  6. You will receive your documents in your mailbox.

  1. Write a letter that comprises of your:
    • Name
    • Previous address
    • Current address
    • Social security number (SSN)
    • Date of birth
    • Signature

Send your letter along with 2 documents as a proof to your new address.
