Locals have noted that the parking accommodations are known to be limited in Stonebridge. However, the neighborhood has a variety of amenities which adds to its charm like a quick commute to Downtown Saskatoon, many grocery stores, gyms, banks and restaurants, without having to leave the neighborhood. 

For safety, it is indeed a safe neighborhood, with a crime reported of 9.48 crimes per 1,000 people considering its population of 14 778 people. Residents love the walkability of the neighborhood considering there are over seven parks open to the community.

The neighborhood is also located right next to the South Saskatchewan River where residents love to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. 

As for safety, it has a reported crime rate of 10.96 crimes per 1,000 people. Despite its small population of 4471 people, this neighborhood offers a secure and inviting place to call home, making it an excellent choice for those seeking tranquility.

Avalon is a neighborhood located right next to Adelaide-Churchill, the second best neighborhood in Saskatoon on our list. In this area, you can expect to find condo townhouses, semi-detached homes and single family dwellings. 

As noted by many locals, it is important to know that Avalon is prone to flooding. Locals have had issues in the past with their basements flooding due to weather conditions. However, that should not take away from the neighborhood’s charm. Avalon loves to give back to its residents through the Avalon Community Association. Most recently, they are planning the annual Skate & Slide for the entire community to join!

Locals have said that Montgomery Place is a quieter neighbourhood among all of the Saskatoon boroughs but that is what adds to its charm. It has been noted by locals that there are little to no shops or restaurants for entertainment, so having a vehicle would be required for these outings.
