Even tho the movers were late, the movers themselves were great, very friendly & quick! But their office & boss called & text me a lot in the middle of the move. They kept asking me if I wanted to keep the 3 movers that showed up because I only booked 2. If I wanted to keep the 3rd guy I would need to pay for him. It was not my doing that they sent 3 guys when they weren't supposed to. At this point they were more than halfway through the pack up. We also only had an hour after they finished to use the elevator at my new location. If I didn't want to use the 3 guys, they told me the 3rd one could uber home! I did not find this very professional on their end. Overall, I did appreciate the 3 movers that were there doing a great job!

I highly recommend Secure Moving. The entire team were very professional and they were also super nice guys. They took great care of my belongings. Secure Movers were easy to communicate with and from start to finish the process was easy and the move ran smoothly.
