Honestly, these movers helped me tremendously with my move. They were careful with my belongings, took the time to make sure that everything was wrapped and protected. However, I do have to say the move took longer than predicted by MovingWaldo, which did raise the fees significantly from the quote. I do appreciate taking the time to be careful with my belongings, but most of the delays seemed to be associated with the travel time between my old and new apartment.

3 déménageurs très soigneux avec les meubles et les lieux, pas d’accrochage, aucune traces sur les murs. Des gars polis, très gentils et surtout efficaces! Je les recommande fortement pour du boulot de qualité.

Les déménageurs parlent dans leur langue entre eux et leur français est insuffisant selon moi mais globalement ils ont fait de leur mieux avec ce qu’ils possèdent.

Les déménageurs étaient très souriants, travaillants et polis. La gestion globale du projet pourrait être ameliorée car le camion pour lequel nous avions payé était un 26 pieds et ils sont arrivés avec un camion de 20 pieds. Ils ont dû revenir le lendemain finir le déménagement. Pas de couverture pour protéger les planchers. Heureusement il faisait beau donc aucun dommage causé. Les déménageurs étaient en espadrilles…la santé - securité laisse à désirer considérant le transport des meubles lourds. Ceci dit, les déménageurs ont été très performants malgré tout. Je donne 5/5 aux déménageurs et 3/5 à la gestion de projet.

Les déménageurs étaient très gentils et ils sont arrivés tôt. Par contre, ils n’étaient pas les plus rapides. Nous descendions aussi des boites en même temps qu’eux et mettions beaucoup moins de temps. Tous les meubles sont arrivés à bon port en bon état!

L’Équipe des déménageurs ‘Le Capitaine” est incroyable ! On n’aurait pas pu imaginer mieux comme expérience de déménagement. Ils sont venus à 07:00 du matin pour nous accommoder, déménagement dans le calme sans déranger les voisins et attentionnés avec nos enfants. L’équipe a été très rapide malgré des conditions difficiles (neige, pluie verglaçante, maison isolée…). C’était un plaisir de travailler avec eux !

We had a great experience with Ernesto, Paco, and Luis III. There were delays at the start of the move, but it ended up working in our favour because we could prepare a few extra things on our end. They were hardworking, nice guys who took great care of our stuff, and a great deal considering the amount of work and peace of mind it afforded us. Would recommend to a friend!

Un immense merci à Victor et son partenaire (je n'ai pas saisi son nom malheureusement). Ils étaient très gentils, polis et professionnels. Tous les articles ont été emballés dans des couvertures et transportés avec grand soin. Ils nous ont même prêtés des outils pour débrancher notre laveuse et ont installé des tapis au sol pour éviter que nos planchers soient endommagés et/salis par la neige. On n'a pas encore fait le ménage et pourtant on ne dirait pas qu'un déménagement a eu lieu récemment (c'est propre à ce point-là!). Au final, tout est arrivé à bon port en parfait état et le déménagement a même duré 1h de moins que ce qui était prévu au départ. Je recommande donc à 200%!
